Emergent situations rarely occur, but they could. If you have a problem or an emergency with your tank, they will be handled as promptly and effectively as possible. There is a one-time fee to evaluate and identify any problem issues that may occur with your tank. The assessment fee will be deducted from your bill if you choose Aquarium Life Pro to service any identified trouble problems with your tank. In the case of an emergency, (anything that poses as a potential threat to the life of your fish, i.e., change in water color), please book your appointment and call us at (856) 357-6652.
